dry skin is peeling, could it be sunburn? In this Cold Weather?
i normally have soft skin.
when people touch my face, they would tell me its so soft.
now its peeling, and its dry.
could it be that i am sensitive to sunlight?
and where i live its been cool this month and last,
and the sun isnt strong.
i used the scratchy part of a sponge and tried scratching off dry skin in the shower.
sort of worked.
but its back again.
lotion helps… but i have to reapply.
and lotion sometimes makes it sting.
so how do i make it not look so dry?
Have you changed your facial cleanser lately? Sometimes that can cause dryness, weather changes could also be the cause. Scratching it off probably didn’t help too much….it could have made it more sensitive depending on what kind of sponge you used. I would just use a washcloth to gently exfoliate and a facial moisturizer daily. Don’t expect a quick fix, give your skin time to heal.
